Jenny Cook MSc, Dip Hum Psych is an experienced facilitator, consultant, coach and mentor with a special interest in enabling leaders to reach their potential. Her background includes many years of personal and organisational development work in commercial, public and voluntary sectors.

Jenny's experience in strategic planning and senior management, and her research MSc mean she has strong diagnostic skills, specialising in qualitative evaluations and interventions. She uses techniques such as appreciative enquiry and story telling to facilitate organisations to diagnose a current situation, plan, action and sustain holistic development. Jenny is accredited by the IDHP to facilitate the Diploma in Leadership, Facilitation and Coaching.

Colin Heyman MSc, B Soc Sc is a facilitator, coach, consultant and trainer skilled at facilitating change for individuals, teams and organisations. The aim of his work is to support the development of change and learning for organisations, groups and individuals, to bring about more effective leadership and team working, and enable people and organisations to reach their potential.

His activities are centred on personal and organisational development. Within this he covers a wider range of activities, from bespoke personal development programmes (eg: action learning sets) and coaching to HR advice. His experience also covers a wide range of organisations, from large ones such as BT or the National Health Service to private sector SMEs and small voluntary sector organisations. He has a particular interest in, and experience of, working in the field of equality and diversity.

Gerald Conyngham MA With 20 years experience in local government and the health service, Gerald is experienced at running learning sets, coaching staff and facilitating. Gerald's skills include workplace mediation and dealing with conflict … he recently spent 3 months working with Palestinian organisations. He helps people find a shared purpose and passion in their work, whilst acknowledging and building on differences in approach and personality.

Antoinette Glynn BA (Hons), FIMC, CMC, Affiliate Member CIPD Antoinette is an experienced Career Management Consultant, coach/mentor, trainer and facilitator with extensive experience in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. She has particular expertise in change management, career planning and management, coaching and mentoring, facilitation, career and personal assessment, recruitment and redundancy counselling, leadership, management and organisational development, and ethics and values consultancy and training. As Regional Manager of KPMG's Career Consultancy in London, the Southwest and Wales, she worked for many years to deliver excellent service to major clients going through restructuring and change. She is particularly skilled in helping employees and organisations cope with the impact of change on individual careers and organisational development. As an experienced consultant, facilitator and coach, she has helped organisations and individuals achieve targets and objectives, improve performance and working relationships, solve problems and resolve disputes, and together create a more supportive and productive work environment.

Antoinette is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultancy, a Certified Management Consultant, a Member of the Association of Career Professionals, Affiliate Member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, an Advisor and Licensed Trainer for The Institute for Global Ethics, and a Founder Member of Coaching and Mentoring Wales.

Wynn Rees is a sensitive and skilled coach and facilitator whose approach is focused on his clients' desire to change. Clients have included managers who want coaching to work through their dysfunctional team, to managing the politics of a relationship with a senior colleague. Wynn has a deep understanding of Type Psychology through the MBTI, and is an NLP practitioner. Wynn works through the medium of English and Welsh.

Estelle Thistleton FInstLM MILT MIMC A respected educationalist and organisation development specialist, with 25 years experience of strategic management experience in the public sector and experience of working with senior people at every level in organisations, Estelle's consultancy work is based on a commitment to enabling people to fulfil their potential through a holistic approach that links organisational and personal goals. She has a strong background in working with the public sector and has held three Secretary of State appointments as non-executive director and Chair of NHS Bodies. Estelle is a skilled communicator and facilitator with strategic, senior management, education and research experience. The emphasis in all interventions is to develop the potential, skills and independence of individuals and organisations. Areas of particular interest are self-managed learning for personal and organisational success and mainstreaming equality and diversity into the activity and behaviours of the organisation.
